Property description

Located in Teynham, is this wonderful double fronted family home located within a very popular road.

The village of Teynham has always been highly popular due to its out of town, semi-rural location, but at the same time you are within easy reach of both Sittingbourne and Faversham.

There is also a railway station providing access into London and to add to the village feel of the area, there are a couple of charming and quaint pubs to choose from on a Friday or Saturday night.

The home itself boast parking to the front for 3-4 cars, but when you enter the home you are greeted by a property that already offers wonderful sized rooms, including a lounge overlooking the rear garden, as well as a separate kitchen and dining areas. However, this home could be developed even further (planning consent to be obtained), as the rear garden could absorb this without a problem.

Upstairs there are three good sized rooms on offer, making this an ideal home for a modern family.

What the Owner says:
We have been here now for a little over five years and have spent that time improving and developing our home into what we have today.

Bought as a repossession it did need considerable work and we are very proud of what we have accomplished, but it is now time to move on and we hope we leave behind something that the next buyers can move in and start enjoying from day one.

The village is peaceful and quiet and we can honestly say we have enjoyed our time here.
