We bought this property some years ago and it has been a great home. More recently the property has been rented out and we were surprised on how quickly a tenant was found. It has been a consistently good investment.

We’ve kept the property in good condition keeping on top of those little jobs & having the boiler serviced regularly, so would hope that the new buyer can move in with little or nothing to do.
