We moved to this home approximately 5 years ago, the layout was absolutely ideal for me as the previous owners had done a loft conversion which provided me with an extra bedroom which is ideal for my son. The bungalow also came with off road parking and a garage making parking easier which is different from a lot of other properties I had previously seen. The location was also peaceful, it was absolutely handy for the park as well as taking the dog for a stroll. I am now looking to up-size and already in the process of purchasing a property.
