We all remember growing up here. There are such great memories of us running round the gardens as children. In fact they are so big we used to use them as a football pitch!

Living here has been peaceful too. Our parents loved the tranquillity and also appreciated how easy it is to get to town. There’s a great bus service which takes you just about anywhere and if you’re a Brighton fan then getting to the Amex stadium could hardly be easier!
Our parents changed all the windows and also added the rear porch so a lot of the expensive updating has been done but hopefully the next owners can put their own stamp on it and really make it their own.
