Property description

It’s easy to see why this home has been owned by this family for nearly 60 years! In that time, over 20,000 sunrises and sunsets will have come and gone and on a clear day they could have been viewed from the comfort of this lovely home. With the mouth-watering views on offer, don’t expect to be able to work from home here as you’re sure to be distracted!

When you view, you may wish to stroll round the plot first. Possibly the largest in the street, to the side there is already your own driveway and detached garage. We think there may be room to build certainly an extension and possibly another property (subject to obtaining all the necessary consents of course) making this something of a gold mine.

If you wish it to be your family home then everyone will love the space and natural light, both of which are in abundance. Being at the end of this cul de sac makes the lounge at the front a peaceful haven while the rear facing kitchen/diner will be your best vantage point for those views.

We consider even the smallest bedroom to be a double room so no one needs to scrimp on space and if extra storage is needed then the garden storage room is probably large enough to house a ride on mower!

Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:
We all remember growing up here. There are such great memories of us running round the gardens as children. In fact they are so big we used to use them as a football pitch!

Living here has been peaceful too. Our parents loved the tranquillity and also appreciated how easy it is to get to town. There’s a great bus service which takes you just about anywhere and if you’re a Brighton fan then getting to the Amex stadium could hardly be easier!
Our parents changed all the windows and also added the rear porch so a lot of the expensive updating has been done but hopefully the next owners can put their own stamp on it and really make it their own.
