We have loved living here for the past 12+ years and are staying local. We are surrounded by green here. It is a lovely family and community area with a great bus service less than a minutes’ walk, including a night bus service. Also, around the corner is the local shop, the vets and the fantastic bakery. It is a five-minute walk to free tennis courts and the play park. The excellent Patcham schools are a ten-minute walk.

Using the steps and path opposite, which cut across the Nature Reserve, it is a ten-minute walk to Carden Sainsbury’s Local and a little further Asda. The reserve leads onto The Downs on your doorstep for great walks.
