Property description

Stop what you’re doing and be sure to free up some time in your diary, this is one property that is not to be missed.

Light streams in through the kitchen in the afternoon, the long views and evening sun make you feel nice and secluded, yet without being in the middle of nowhere. The nature reserve also adds to the reassuring sense of tranquillity too.

In the hallway, there’s access to the bathroom, which itself is a lovely modern space and the heated towel rail guarantees a nice warm towel on a cold frosty morning. The main lounge is a lovely open space and you have views over the surrounding area and you always get lots of light in here as well.

These bungalows don’t come up often, they are full of charm. A real feature of this property is the rear garden area which is perfect for the summer as it gets lots sun, although it is lovely in the garden there is plenty of scope to really put your own stamp on it.

If you need some more reasons to come and see this home, let’s give you some more – The road is in a popular area in Patcham as it’s a quiet road but only a short stroll away from bus routes, so getting into town should be straight forward even without a car. If you do need to travel further afield, access to the A27 & A23 couldn’t be simpler.

What the Owner says:
We have loved living here for the past 12+ years and are staying local. We are surrounded by green here. It is a lovely family and community area with a great bus service less than a minutes’ walk, including a night bus service. Also, around the corner is the local shop, the vets and the fantastic bakery. It is a five-minute walk to free tennis courts and the play park. The excellent Patcham schools are a ten-minute walk.

Using the steps and path opposite, which cut across the Nature Reserve, it is a ten-minute walk to Carden Sainsbury’s Local and a little further Asda. The reserve leads onto The Downs on your doorstep for great walks.
