Property description

The position of this end of terrace house is a very unique opportunity, as the house sits on an attractive plot that, subject to planning permission, could offer the chance to extend and develop this lovely home into something even more special.

The first thing that stands out are the beautiful views that are nothing short of breathtaking, the garden is secluded, backing onto fields and compliment this welcoming and comfortable, modern home.

From this location, you are a short walk to a local shop, ideal for nipping out quickly for the daily essentials if you run out of milk or bread and there is a primary school close by.

Lewes is the historic county town of East Sussex and boasts a wealth of history. Situated in the recently formed South Downs National Park, it provides easy access to coast and countryside.

The mixture of independent and High Street shops, cafes, restaurants and traditional pubs make for pleasant evenings or weekends out and there is a well regarded selection of schools. The mainline train station offers direct links to London and Brighton.

So be sure to put this home on your shortlist to view as it ticks all the boxes for an exciting lifestyle.

What the Owner says:
I fell in love with the property when I saw the outside space. The gardens are really special. There are views over the fields to the rear, towards Hamsey church. There is a very special feel when out in the gardens and it will surely be an attractive feature for prospective new owners.

There is potential for expansion of the property for buyers to consider. It was only due to an opportunity arising to purchase in a village location that I have looked at previously, that has led to this decision to sell. Apart from this, I would be very happy to stay here. It is a very quite location, very close to the town centre and the schools in the local area are all excellent.
