We owned this home originally as a holiday home for some 15 years before deciding to move down here full time. I have now lived here a further 15 years as it has been ideal for me not just for the location but also what the house offers in regards to the space over 3 floors.
I am looking to move in with my Daughter as for me the garden is too big and I feel the time is right to make the move. Inside we have done the kitchen, bathroom and windows all within the last 10 years and feel that the house is still in very good order.
I currently use the cellar like another lounge area but it could be used a place to sleep should you need the extra room when people come to stay.
The location of my home is just superb with local shops only minutes away, bus stop literally at the end of my front garden and then the train station which is only 10 minutes away taking you straight to London.
