Approval of reserved matters under reference number W/26348 was granted on the 8th May 2012 and a conditional approval notice of the Full plans under the Building Regulations Act 1984 was granted on the 18th September 2012 under reference number 63384.

Directions - From the Carmarthen take the A484 Newcastle Emlyn/Cardigan Road north passing through Bronwydd Arms, Cynwyl Elfed and Cwmduad. Continue in a northerly direction past the left hand turning for Drefach Felindre travelling through Rhos and upon entering Saron turn right for Pentrecwrt/Llandysul just after the Primary School and Petrol Filing Station onto the A486 road. Continue down the hill and upon entering Pentrecwrt the plot will be found on the left hand side before the cross roads.
