There are excellent road and rail links around Desborough. Both the A6 and the A14 are less than 5 miles away and the M1 is around 20 miles away. Kettering has a mainline station and offers fast and frequent services into Central London in around an hour. There are also direct trains to London from Market Harborough Station, just a few minutes drive from Harrington Grange, with a journey time of just over an hour, while trains to Leicester take just 15 minutes.

Desborough is centrally placed within easy reach of a number of key towns and cities, with Leicester 21 miles to the north-west, Peterborough 35 miles to the east and Northampton 18 miles to the south. London (85 miles) and Birmingham (55 miles) are also both within commuting distance. The town is also served by a good bus network, which links the town to Market Harborough and Kettering via local villages.


The nearest hospitals would be either Kettering General which is 6 miles away or Northampton which is approximately 20 miles away.There are also medical and dental surgeries close by.


Take junction 3 of the A14 onto the A6. At the first roundabout, turn right onto Braybrooke Road and then right onto Harrington Road. The development is on the right hand side, just past Loatlands Primary School.
