This 84m2 large holiday home built by a German in 1988 is located South of the main street of La Pared on a slope, and was renovated in 2000. It´s nestled between family houses in the residential area of La Pared, all of which have encircling gardens around the house.
Important: The house and garden will be cleaned by the actual owner. The house will not be handed over as seen on the pictures, but clean and tidy!
La Pared is known for the surfers beach Costa del Rey, which is why there are also several surf schools nearby. In addition to the sunsets on the west coast, you can see surfers and advanced kite surfers riding the waves. The only hotel, Costa Real, is currently being renovated and will be reopened for the summer season. In addition, there are of course several bars, coffee shops, surf shops, a riding stable and a small golf course.
You enter the 230m2 through a wooden gate and walk a few steps to the entrance. This leads into the bright and airy foyer of the living room. The sunny veranda was subsequently given a wooden roof and large windows, and integrated into the existing house, thereby almost doubling the area of the living room.

Since the expansion has existed for more than 4 years, it is de facto no longer legally contestable and has been grandfathered in. The official number in the Land Registry states a constructed area of 69,19m2.
All windows, except that of the covered porch are double glazed tilt windows with wooden frames. The room doors are all made of solid wood. The bedroom down the hall has a spacious built-in wardrobe with solid wood doors.
Also in the second bedroom, the wall has been designed so that a built-in wardrobe can be installed. The bathroom is tiled with large format tiles in a timeless design.
If you walk down from the entrance and pass into the palace garden hall, you reach the staircase which leads to the large roof terrace. From here you have a great view of La Pared and throughout the coastline to the west and north. After the staircase it leads to the entrance in the expansion / Office of the holiday home. This room could also be connected by a breakthrough with the adjoining bedroom and could be converted to another bathroom because the existing bath adjoins this room.
On the back of the house the two 500 liters water tank are used for the emergency reserve and the domestic water supply.
The house is connected to the public water and electricity mains. Telephone landline with fast dsl connection can be requested from the telephone company again.
Property has all legal papers and is registered free of encumbrances in the property registry.
