Aledo is a medieval village with important military value due to its location and seemingly impregnable defenses. Located in the eastern end of the Sierra Espuna[M1] National Park, it provides an ideal base for people who enjoy cycling, walking or the abundant wildlife, including eagles and wild boar. A must visit is the La Santa Monastery dating back to the 16th century. Here you can enjoy a stay in the beautiful hotel and walk the manicured gardens.
Aledo is close to the larger towns of Totana, Alhama de Murcia and Lorca and is approximately 45 minutes’ drive to the beaches of Puerto de Mazarron.
Outside. Entrance to the property is gained from one of 2 different entrances. A pedestrian gate leads up to the front door and there are also a gated entrance for vehicles. This leads to the driveway and garage.
Main entrance. From the front of the property, you enter though a spacious vestibule to the main front door. From here you enter into the living room.
Lounge. The lounge is a good sized room with a feature fireplace and archways through to the kitchen and bedroom areas. The living room benefits from air-conditioning and oil fired central heating. The floor is tiled in a traditional terracotta tile.
