The main entrance from the road leads trough a massive wooden front door between large palms, onto the roofed reception terrace surrounded by nice green areas. After passing the heavy wooden entrance door with decorated with nice wood carving, you enter the large hall with a big massive round wooden table in the center and view to the sheltered private garden of the villa. From this hall you can reach all areas of the villa.

Right around the corner you find the large living room with fireplace and various sitting areas and on a elevated area the dining room with view through the fully glazed terrace to the large pool area with Jacuzzi and a private large pool house.

To the right slightly behind it you get to the fully equipped kitchen, from which a small hallway takes you, past the pantry with freezer, laundry room with washer, dryer and work desk, another private lounge / TV room with direct access to the pool area, on to the dining room, which in turn has direct access to the glazed terrace in front of the pool area and is located on a stage just a few steps above the large living room.

Exeptional master bedroom in the sleeping quarters: From the private living room you walk through a door, after which a privat hallway leads you to the exceptionally large master bedroom with real wood parquet, after having passed the big master bathroom and a dressing room. (The distribution is slightly different from the plan, as the gils room has also got a bathroom ensuite.)

The other two bedrooms share a large bathroom with bathtub, shower, sink and toilet, equipped, as the entire house, in a very high quality old Spanish style.

The whole villa is equipped with high quality real wood furniture and decor from Sevilla, India and other exclusive places in the world, and some are even real antiques.

This extraordiary villa is particularly interesting because of the protected and quiet location at the outskirt of a residential neighborhood in the north-west of La Oliva, a village with all schools, gymnasium, swimming pool, bus stops, shops, bars and restaurants, post office, etc. As the district capital, La Oliva offers pretty much everything you need to live and in less than 5 minutes you reach Villaverde. Corralejo, the largest tourist center in the north of the island with the famous sand dunes and long white sandy beaches, or the idyllic fishing village and surfers paradise of El Cotillo on the west coast are both less than 15 minutes away.
