Description

Planning


The current use is as a hostel but the current owners are submitting two applications for change of use. Offers should be on the basis that planning consent is granted for conversion of the building to one or two dwellings with an assumed list of conditions (List available).


Method of sale


Offers are invited for sale by Friday, 10th December, with tender forms available from the agent. Offers invited can be unconditional or conditional on planning consent as above. Offers welcomed for either lot or for the whole. Successful purchaser/s are expected to exchange contracts on receipt of consent, if offers are conditional. If the property is sold in 2 Lots then obligations in the contract will include:
A) Right of way for all times and all purposes between the highway and approximate point A and point B for the benefit of Lot 2 over Lot 1.

Directional note


On leaving Totnes take the Paignton road (A385) and after approximately 4 miles at Tweenaway Cross turn right sign posted to Brixham. After a further 2 miles turn right onto the A3022/Dartmouth Road sign posted to Brixham. Take the right hand turn sign posted to Brixham and Kingswear (A379) after about 0.3 mile turn right at Manor Vale Road then right again at Greenway Road stay on this road and take a slight left and The River Dart Youth Hostel will be found on the left.
