This property was built in 1987 and the current owners readily acknowledge that it is an ideal family home. They have altered the house in recent years and a focal point is now the large and impressive family room created from the existing dining room, lounge and kitchen. This room has two sets of double doors – one to the front and the other out to the rear patio. “This part of the house works so well and when the family was altogether it was very much the central focus of our home, ” they say.
“We’ve also got a formal lounge and a formal dining room, plus two utility rooms and a beautiful sun room which perfectly captures the light and has lovely views of the garden. From here, we have an unrivalled view of all the visiting wildlife, including pheasants, a peacock and a huge variety of other birds. The tree-lined streets of Lytham have a refined grandeur about them and the town is a lovely place to wander around.
“We have loved everything about living at 7 Church Drive – its privacy, location and the fact there is such a lovely feeling about this house. All the rooms are very bright and even on a miserable day each room seems to make the most of any light it captures.
