Description

Communal Grounds
This exclusive and secluded development of lodges is situated within private gated grounds of approximately 5.5 acres, once part of historic Gerbestone Manor. There are delightful walks around the grounds with an avenue of oak tree lined walkways together with tennis court and large lake stocked with tench, carp, rud and roach.

Directions
From junction 26 of the M5 motorway take the exit off the roundabout signposted Ruggin and Blackmoor and at the t-junction turn right towards Ford Street. After approximately 0.3 miles on an s-bend turn left whereupon the entrance gates to Gerbestone Lodges will be seen immediately in front of you.

Planning Permission
Planning permission was granted under application number 46/2004/043 and application number 46/2005/035 for the erection in total of eight lodges dated the 11th January 2005 and 3rd February 2006 respectively for use as holiday accommodation. However more recently a subsequent application was passed for the removal of onerous conditions dated the 30th September 2008 under application numbers 46/2008/021 and 022 which states the chalets shall be occupied for tourism purposes only and shall not be occupied as a persons sole or main residence.
