There is a total of eight bedrooms, including the three en-suite guest bedrooms. The accommodation within the main section of the house offers the generous proportions expected of Georgian properties: The drawing room measures over 26' into the bay window, has a wood-burning stove set within a marble fireplace and patio doors out to the side, into a small courtyard. The dining room also boasts a deep bay window and wood-burning stove in a marble fireplace. The breakfast kitchen is a magnificent, bespoke kitchen, fitted by Jon Riley, hand-crafted in oak and topped with black granite. There is space for a range cooker (the current Falcon range cooker may be available via separate negotiation), a large American-style fridge-freezer and further white goods; the kitchen island houses the integrated fridge and offers further storage, whilst the spacious utility room amply accommodates further white goods. There are four double bedrooms to the first floor, two of which have en-suites and the family bathroom is also on this floor. A staircase leads up to the spacious second floor, which offers versatile and spacious rooms: There is a large double bedroom with velux windows, a spacious and well-lit reception room/den and storage areas and a study off.
