'Positive signs' for UK property investors
25th Jan 2010
Property investors in the UK can expect to make decent profits in the coming years if they plan their decisions carefully, judging by the words of one expert.
According to Tom Entwistle, editor at LandlordZONE, sensible home buying might be a good way for people to ensure their future security.
He said: "Property is still one of the best options when you look at where to invest your money for the future."
Mr Entwistle also highlighted the strong state of the private residential lettings market in the UK, which means that "landlords will continue to build their portfolios".
As such, now could be a good time for property investors to select their location carefully and plough some investment into an attractive dwelling.
Recently, Upad.co.uk revealed that 64 per cent of UK landlords in January felt more positive about the buy-to-let market than in the previous month - compared with 58 per cent who answered the same in December 2009.
