How to prove home ownership
You may claim your home by providing us with proof of ownership using one of the following:
- Title Deed
- Mortgage statement
- Current utility bill
You may send any of the above either by fax to 020 7620 4770 or by post to Zoopla Ltd, 2nd Floor, Union House, 182-194 Union Street, London SE1 0LH. Once your identity has been verified, we will update our website and send you an email to confirm this.
Please ensure that you write your email address clearly on any document you send to us, that your name is clearly displayed on the document and that the address matches the home that you are trying to claim.
Note: Please do not send originals of any document as these will not be returned.
