Purple Plaques
The idea behind the scheme is to award Purple Plaques to homes where current celebrities and well known individuals once lived.
It works a little bit like the blue plaque scheme by English Heritage, but the main difference is that our plaques are designed to celebrate the lives of celebrities who are popular and current today.
