A beautiful white high gloss fitted kitchen from Magnets. A perfect kitchen to prepare a large family meal, the kitchen has plenty of storage and lots of work space. It is fully equipped to cater for up to 10 people and meets the 5 star wtb grading of 100%. The focal point is a large 5 burner gas range cooker, with 2 ovens and a large extractor fan with low level lighting. The kitchen also has a large American fridge freezer, 2 dishwashers, pull out pan draws with a full range of excellent quality pans, roasting tins, a wok, pizza trays, baking trays and a griddle. Other items that we have for your convenience are an extra-large George Foreman Grill, a slow cooker, a coffee maker, an electric juicer, a blender and electric knife.

The dining room has a modern wooden dining table that will seat 8 adults comfortably, and looks out onto the large decked area in the garden. In the dining room we also have a large Welsh Dresser with books, DVD's, board games and CD's.

A huge lounge for either entertaining or relaxing. The lounge has one 4 seater sofa, two 3 seater sofas and also a large foot stool. A 42" flat screen TV and Panasonic surround sound system with DVD and Sky TV make this a perfect room to relax and unwind after a hard day sightseeing.
Patio doors open out onto the large decked terrace which has 2 separate patio tables and chairs for 12 people. A charcoal barbeque is also provided for your convenience. The decking leads out onto a large, lawned rear garden, perfect for children to play and very secure.
Front Reception Room
Perfect for the kids to hide away and have some space. The room has a 3 seater sofa, a large footstool and a 38" TV, PS1, DVD and a games consol.
Shower Room
The downstairs shower room is perfect for washing off the sand after a long day at the beach. It has a large glass corner unit with a power shower, wash had basin and a low level w.C.
Utility Room
The utility room has a 7kg washing machine and separate 7kg tumble dryer, a sink with mixer taps and a large cupboard which houses the Iron and ironing board. The utility room leads out onto the decking at the side of the house and the rotary washing line is tucked away in the side garden.
