In an open plan living area it is of great benefit to have the dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate room, which is why these and the fridge freezer are in the utility room adjacent to the kitchen.

Lounge area
The lounge area opens onto the patio and occupants will enjoy the amazing sunsets that the hilltop location provides. There is seating for 5 people, an LED TV with Freeview and DVD player.

Bedroom 1 has a King size bed, a walk in wardrobe and great views over the private grounds.
