Kitchen Dining area The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with seating, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment for up to 6 people. There is a 5 burner lpg gas hob with an extractor over plus a gas oven/grill.
Utility Room In an open plan living area it is of great benefit to have the dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate room, which is why these and the fridge freezer are in the utility room adjacent to the kitchen.
Lounge area The lounge area opens onto the patio and occupants will enjoy the amazing sunsets that the hilltop location provides. There is seating for 5 people, an LED TV with Freeview and DVD player.
Bedroom 1 Bedroom 1 has a King size bed, a walk in wardrobe and great views over the private grounds.
Bedroom 1 Ensuite Bathroom The spacious en-suite bathroom has a luxurious egg bath with freestanding taps and there is also a 1200mm wide shower enclosure with full pressure shower, basin, WC, heated towel rail and extractor fan.
Bedroom 2 Bedroom 2 has a King size bed, ensuite shower room and get the full benefit of the summer sunsets.
En suite Shower room The en suite shower room has a quadrant shower enclosure with full pressure shower. There is also a WC, washbasin, shaver point heated towel rail and extractor fan.
