20% Deposit required within 7 days of initial booking
Key Bond
Security key bond plus balance of payment required 6 weeks before commencement date of holiday. Key Bond returned to you by Bacs 7-10 days after vacating property, minus any deemed disbursements. Key Bond returned in full if booking cancelled before start date.
Bond = £250 for a 2 week stay plus £125 for each additional week for bookings of 3 weeks or longer.
Cancellations
Deposit payments forfeit if booking cancelled before 6 week payment deadline. Full payment forfeit after 6 week deadline.
Key Collections
All holiday rental key collections must be no later than 3.00pm on Saturdays and 5.00pm on weekdays. Please Note - These deadline times mean that if you are unable to collect keys before our office closes, you will have to collect keys the following day. Our opening hours are: Weekdays 9.00am - 5.30pm; Saturday 10.00am - 4.00pm.5
