There is one double bedroom located on the ground floor and a further three bedrooms at first floor level. All bedrooms are furnished with double beds, desk, chairs, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Three of these four bedrooms are laid to laminate flooring with the fourth laid to carpet.

The bathroom comprises electric shower over bath with shower curtain, pedestal basin, and radiator. The room is laid to checkerboard-style vinyl with a privacy-glazed window to the rear. There is a separate WC located adjacent to this room ensuring that queues will be kept to a minimum.

To the rear of the property is located a small sw-facing private courtyard - the perfect place to catch the afternoon sun and relax. The courtyard is secure with a lockable rear-gate which leads to the service lane, so would also be ideal for storage of bikes and other items.
