About me

I have been an estate agent since 1992 and have owned and run my agency since 2002. I love my job and running my business, I am passionate about Brighton and Hove and the exuberance of life it offers to its residents. I hope I can introduce you to a positive medium for moving to, or simply around, this fantastic city.

Kendrick Property Services offers free valuations, independent financial and mortgage advice as well as property sales and lettings, from its two branches in the vibrant city of Brighton and Hove. Our reputation is founded not only on excellent service but also on reliability, trust and good moral standing. Our Brighton Branch made its home just a two minute walk from the Royal Pavilion, opposite the European headquarters of American Express on Edward Street, in 2002. Since then we have become familiar with many people who live and work in the immediate area, adding the feel that we belong to this community. As demand has grown, so has the necessity for expansion hence the opening of our Hove branch in 2007, situated on the prime corner location of Church Road and Sackville Road. Our boundaries extend well beyond the immediate Brighton and Hove areas, into Portslade, Patcham and Rottingdean. There are many benefits to using a city office when wishing to sell or let a property that lies in one of these peripheries. We are regularly asked to value and sell homes we have originally sold to the vendor, demonstrating how much they trust our teams. We work hard for our clients because we take pleasure in achieving a successful result for their sale or letting. Each of our offices has a separate designated team focussed on sales or lettings. Naturally we contact all potential home seekers though their preferred medium as soon as we have a property that will suit their requirements. Kendrick Property Services prides itself on its honest approach with both vendors and buyers alike, keeping all parties up to date whenever possible and ensuring that homes are let within the quickest time possible to suitable tenants.
