About me
My name is Paula Cunningham and together with my business partner, Kim Davies we run our business, Living Property Waveney Lettings & Management. We believe in giving a close personal service and in hands on business management. Kim and I make ourselves available to our landlord and tenant customers and make every effort to address any and all queries arising as soon as possible to avoid matters escalating. For landlords we invest in the effective marketing of properties thus minimising void periods and landlords can be comforted knowing that we thoroughly reference tenants undertaking around 25 checks, additionally we always take a full detail pictorial inventory, this is proven to avoid disputes when tenants check-out. Together we have over 20 years of residential property lettings and management experience and as members of the Eastern Landlords Association we have built specialist knowledge around the housing, from property acquisition to management and our aim is to have life long business relationships with our customers and to gain the mutual benefit of this ethos.
