Zoopla.co.uk are giving five lucky Baggies fans the opportunity to win a pair of exclusive VIP tickets to West Bromwich Albion’s end of season awards dinner at the ICC in Birmingham on 28th April.
You will have the opportunity to rub shoulders with the players, management and board in celebrating what has been another great season for the club. You and your guest will receive a four course meal, West Brom souvenirs and get to watch the official awards ceremony for the team hosted by pre-eminent Baggie and sports broadcaster, Adrian Chiles.

The Prizes
1) If selected the winner will receive 2 x tickets to the WBA end of season awards on 28th April.
2) This will be held at the ICC in Birmingham.
3) The event is formal, with a lounge suit dress code.
The Rules
1) Entrants must submit their entry before 3pm, 19th April 2013.

4) Entrants will be selected at random, and will have 24 hours to respond otherwise another entrant will be selected.

At every home game this season, Zoopla are giving five lucky Baggies fans the chance to WIN either a house or £1000 in cash.
To take part in our challenge, simply register your details on this page at least one week before the game you wish to be entered for (you must have a valid ticket for this match to play). If you're one of the lucky five fans drawn to join us at halftime, then all you have to do is decide what you want to try to win - a house or £1000 cash!
The Competition
Contestants must kick a regulation sized football from a set 18 yard mark on one of the 19 home match days at West Bromwich Albion's stadium, The Hawthorns, through the door or one of the windows on the Zoopla house in front of the goal in order to collect a prize. Each contestant will be given one kick only.
The Prizes
Either £1000 cash (paid as a cheque to winner) or a cash payment for a house purchase (transferred directly to winner's solicitors at the point of exchange) equal to the average property value of all properties in West Bromwich on Zoopla.co.uk, which currently stands at £113,402 (25/07/2012)
The Rules
1) Over 18 and UK residents only.
2) One entry only per match and entrants must have a valid match day ticket to qualify.
3) Entry for each competition closes at 5pm GMT, one week before the next West Bromwich Albion FC home game.
4) Three entrants will be selected at random from all valid entries and will be contacted via email or mobile up to five days in advance of the next home game. Entrants have three days to respond and accept otherwise another entrant will be selected.
5) Each entrant will get one attempt at winning one of the set prizes.
6) To qualify for a prize the entrant must kick a static ball from the designated 18 yard mark to qualify as an attempt.

So, what are we doing this season?
We have pledged £50,000 to the Albion Foundation over the next two years and this season we are launching Zoopla Golden Goals to help raise money for five local charities to help raise much needed funds.
Every time the Baggies score a goal in one of their Premier League matches (at home or away), Zoopla will donate £1000 to local charities. £500 will go to The Albion Foundation and £500 will go into a pot to be shared amongst 5 other local charities we have selected to support this season - see charity list below.
So, the more the Baggies score, the more we will donate! Boing Boing!
