Parking plot at rear of property
I own a ground floor flat in a converted house and the garden I own and garage has a parking space for the first floor flat next to it and I think the owner may sell as it is not in use. I am wondering what would be a fair offer... It measures 13ftx9ft has vehicular lane access. I have to way up if this is worth pursuing taking into account legal fees e.t.c.
