Parking plot at rear of property

I own a ground floor flat in a converted house and the garden I own and garage has a parking space for the first floor flat next to it and I think the owner may sell as it is not in use. I am wondering what would be a fair offer... It measures 13ftx9ft has vehicular lane access. I have to way up if this is worth pursuing taking into account legal fees e.t.c.

  • It would really depend on what the value of the end project will be + the overall cost of doing the works (taking into account planning obligations if the property cannot benefit from Permitted Development rights, and a range of other factors). Would really need more information to evaluate properly but an local agent that specialises in commercial/land/building sales may be able to offer you some advice.
