Where is our Land Registry certificate?

Six years ago we bought a house, using a conveyance to sort everything out. Our house sale doesn't appear on any websites and we don't have a Land Registration Certificate. Is this neglect on the part of the conveyancer? What should we do now? We have let the house and now need a Landlord License [Wales].

  • Hello Kristi There is usually a time lag of around 2 months after the property sale has completed for the property to appear in the public domain. It can sometimes be longer if there are any leasehold interests. Any longer than this, it's worth contacting the conveyance solicitor to see what's going on.
