What is reconstituted cotswold stone?

Reconstituted cotswold stone is a manufactured copy of natural cotswold stone and is in effect made of concrete. Older versions of reconstituted cotswold stone is often 'tooled' and quite plain whereas more modern reconstituted cotswold stone is more random and more realistic looking
