  • Depends on a lot of factors, your budget, your risk rating, your ability to manage property. Oakley Vale sees higher prices and new homes, with some good sizes, a good place for the luxury HMO market, nice place to live, working families ect. Whereas Kingswood also has nice size 4/5 beds for HMO, much much cheaper, still lettable, you can let anything in Corby, but, a different type of client and much harder to manage. The established areas of Beanfield and Danesholme all rent well.

  • Hello Barny, Best to look at the local house prices and associated rents to see where the best yields are located. Also, if you Google "Property Wizza 2.0", "Property Detective", "Street Check", "Find a Hood" and "UK Local Area" you should find some useful information on demographics, desirability etc. For crime data, also check out "UK Crime Stats" and "Police UK". Thanks, Ruban
