Raise Park, Brampton Road Query

Hello, we planned on viewing this house but it was removed from the market before we got a chance, at the end of last year. The estate agent dealing with it wasnt very helpful and whilst we are still interested in the property, we did notice that a new housing development was being built and that it was in quite close proximity to the property boundary, can anyone advise whether this has had an effect on the sale of the house and whether this is why it has been removed from the market more than once and then re-listed, or not please? Many thanks!

  • Hello - without the local knowledge, this is quite a difficult one to answer. There are a number of reasons why people take their properties of the market (eg. they change their mind, want to wait for a better price, simply change their minds) - but it does seem odd that it's coming on and off the market. Would it be an idea to write a letter to the owners?
