  • Dartford town center is kind of dead. I think bluewaters killed what's left. I live in Stone, a mile and half from Dartford town center. Stone, Greenhithe are on the outskirts of Dartford and nice to live in. You will need a car though. We do most of our shopping from bluewaters and the A2 takes us to London. Its not expensive and the area is growing now with many new builds coming up.

  • I like living in Dartford, it has what needed in a Village. There is a market on the weekend, a nice park, few nice pub and restaurant, a theatre, a lot of supermarkets and 2 shopping centers. Datford heath is great for walking and cycling, train to London is frequent and don't need a car, transport is very good. There are nice school including some Grammar schools and a 6 Form, well known in the south east. I definitely not regret to have moved to Dartford.
