My property valuation on your site

I have recently noticed a property valuation on your site for my house at 12 Greendale Court, Honley HD9 6JW. I was alerted to it by a neighbour. The information you are showing must be wrong. Firstly, it says the house was sold in 1996 for £38,500. I bought the house new in 1987 and have NEVER sold it. I have lived here for almost 28 years now. The house at number 4 is similar to mine and is valued at £330,271 and mine is valued at £118,514. I fail to understand how this can be accurate therefore. I have tried to contact you before but have so far received no response. Please can you let me know your thoughts on this? To me, it appears like someone has entered some details about a totally different property about my own house. Thank you. Suzanne Nicholas

  • I fear the Zoopla valuations are a bit of a hit and miss. My house has just been valued at £800K by two top range estate agents and Zoopla has the value at £660... I wouldn't take much notice of a robotic valuation!
