Is it a safe area? Are the people friendly?

  • East Sheen is a very very nice area to live in. It has the advantages of being close to the city and all the locals shops and services you need with the village mentality. People are extremely friendly, and usually when you move in your new home, neighbours come to welcome you very quickly. You know everyone in your neighbourhood quickly, expecially if you have children going to local schools. There is a real sense of community and people look out for each other, making the area very safe. You also benefit from fantastic green parks, including the famous Richmond Park, few minutes away. I heard many East Sheen people say they love it here and would never move from the area....

  • If I remember correctly, East Sheen was named as one of the best places to live in due to the ammenities, schools, quality of life etc. It has good transport links into Central London as well as being on the doorstep of the beautiful Richmond Park
