Sale by Tender - London

Considering that there is No transparency, no compliance and there is are No chance of bargain, Does Sale by Tender is legal? Specially in London where the demand is too high and supply is very little. This is SO very wrong for the buyers as even you like the property you don't know how much can be offered. Feels like The estate agents are trying to cash out the current market .. Is there any place we can complain about this ?

  • Sale by tender is a con. Personally I will not buy a property like this, as the agent's are charging the buyer ridiculously high fees and taking the advantage of the current market and charging the seller nothing. Also this way the agents gets property on sole agency and can demand whatever they want and as a buyer you have no choice to cough up the money or look elsewhere.
