  • Hey Akhy, The main place to find out these details is through the land registry, if you don't have them you can pay a small fee to get a new copy. An old property could only be showing on deeds for the first time, one, two three hundred years after it was built. So don’t rely on it absolutely. Another way to do this is to speak to the surveyor who looked at the property when you bought it, or dig out the old survey report. Hope that helps. Regards, Jonathan :-)
