What's it like to live in Stevenston?

Is there much greenery in the area? Are the people friendly?

  • Stevenston has the best of both worlds. You have the sea and the country side, obviously the town has its fair share of social problems, however if you are spending more than £130,000 you can be sure to avoid the underclass of the housing schemes!!!!!!!

  • I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are. You can also look at the local tourist board website for that area which gives you an up to date overview of the area.

  • Hi, We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area. You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page. We hope this helps.

  • We are thinking of moving to Caledonian road but see street cameras that usually means Antisocial behaviour in an area. Is there problems in that area.. It looks good with no council near... Is the beach safe for pensioners to walk during day times? Thanks for any info.
