  • Hi Sarah - In the recent Autumn Statement, the Chancellor announced that tenants should not pay any fees to lettings agents when they about to rent a property. It was quite an unfair way of lettings agents making money and I imagine the costs are likely to be passed on to landlords/ladies moving forward.
