Garden Land Value with planning refused up to appeal.
I have a piece of land in Warlingham Surrey that has been turned down for planning up to appeal that had 2 garages on it .I have sold one piece with 1 garage on it ( this was 1st garage that was a double garage now split into 2)with access right over the adjoining land. What value would the remaining land be it is 132.91 sq mtre'
