Putting another offer on a separate house - what could be the issues?
We have an offer accepted, lets say for £150K a week ago, paper work only received one week later. It is an empty house and we are able to move ASAP. We had a viewing on a house for lets say £165K, lots bigger and worth the extra. If our offer gets accepted for the more expensive house we will obviously suffer some solicitors fees and survey fees - I would be happy with either at the end of the day, so at what point should I inform £150k house? I don't want to ideally pull out of either until I am confident I will get £165K house
