  • Hi triker29, As mentioned above, you can use the VOA website to determine which council tax band your property falls into. I had a search online for the street in question, and discovered that the specific band for the area will depend on which property you purchase, as they fall under two bands. To discover whether the home you are looking at falls under band A or band B, follow the link from HomeWhereTheHeartIs. In terms of the price that these bands will cause in your street, you can find out the current charges and the breakdown of council tax bills by taking a look at the website for Wirral Borough Council. From there, you will see that the charges for a house in band A currently sit at £980.79, while those in band B are charged £1,144.25. You can follow the link below to see more. Many thanks, Scott
