Hi CDenton1, Most properties in the UK already have something called a 'title plan', a drawing held by the Land Registry that shows the general boundaries of a property. If the old owners of a registered property already worked out the exact boundaries, then the plan will show them. It's easy to get a copy, simply follow the link below. If you're still not sure about the exact boundaries, you can work those out with your neighbour through something called a "boundary agreement". You can work out where the property lines fall, as well as which features (like your side of the fence) are your responsibility. Many thanks, Dan
