Average water bills for Manchester City Centre

Hi. Our water bill is averaging at £60 a month for a 3 bedroom flat in the centre of Manchester, is this the average or is this quite high? I have seen some places paying around £400 a year which is almost half of what we are paying at the moment.

  • For a one or two bedroom apartments water can cost up to £250–300 per year, two bedroom house up to £350–400 per year and a three to six bedroom apartment from £500–800. These are the averages for UK which come in accordance with the amount that you are paying; I guess the secret is about the level of water consumption of these people.
