Would I get less for a ground floor flat, rather than a first floor flat?

  • No, normally get the same as some buyers prefer a ground floor flat for convenience of not having to climb stairs, particularly the older buyer, while others prefer first floor for security reasons

  • Not really both have pros and cons. Ground floor could be seen as more of a security risk and could be busier (especially if by the entrance) but the older population will prefer it. First floor has increased risk of noise pollution.

  • No, usually more in a PB block, especially if no elevator. Only in rough areas would it be less.
