Can I remarket my property that is SSTC?
I have accepted the first offer made on my house, I panicked in case no one else was interested, but in two weeks house prices have risen in my area by 30,000 can I re-market even though my house is SSTC and no surveys have been done?

Until contracts are exchange you can withdraw. BUT, unless you have got another buyer offering more money AND that buyer is as likely to complete at that price you will not gain. How much is this putative £30,000 as a percentage of your price?

Hi, Until the exchange of contract you are able to market your property as available, however we would advise caution to this as it may show your buyer you are not commitment to the sale. We would advise that you speak to your agent about this so they could inform any potential purchasers who offer that the property will stay on the market until completion. We hope this helps.
