Title deeds show incorrect value
I am coming off my dads title deeds (he put me on 3 years ago) and his ex-council house is shown as having a value of £190k. No house on the row my dad lives in is worth that - one that was gutted inside, landscaped outside, extended etc, sold for £165k so I have no idea where the £190k value has come from. Does anyone know how values are decided? Besides, my dads house is in such a state it would never be worth even £160k, even though it's in Cornwall.
