Shared ownership price values
I am looking to buy under shared ownership and was looking for data on the increase of the house values when they have been resold, the housing associations seem to over price them when they sell new builds and they have to revalue them every 3 months in the sale process and invariably increase the price.

You can check out the increase to house value over time at most property sites, Zoopla itself has a tool that shows the past property values overtime. Finding the data on the exact sales price is a bit more difficult, but if you mean taking into account conveyancing fees then you can find a few calculators that can give you a conveyancing quote online.
