Does Croydon old town have potential to become a property hotspot with the new transport links and with the new shopping centre coming to Croydon?
I have just purchased a property on Abbey Road, Old Town, Croydon CR0, can anyone advise if this was a good purchase as I wanted to be near the new mega shopping centre and the new East London Line link in Croydon as well as other Croydon regeneration projects e.g. the refurbished Wandle Park.
