For a given property, what value per unit area would 'B1 Office' space be vs. 'Residential' space?
I am looking at a property that is a live/work unit. It has a room allocated as 'office' space and three bedrooms. If the B1 Office use was changed to residential, and the property became a four bedroom house, what kind of percentage value difference would there be?
