What impact will the nuclear power station have in Bradwell on sea?

Will the house prices be adversely affected by the planned nuclear power station in Bradwell on sea? Most of the houses in Bradwell are withing 2 miles of the site. I understand it takes 10 years to build so will there be construction traffic for this amount of time?

  • Hello - from what I have read, the power station will be invested in by the Chinese and the decision will not be made for another 3 years at least. I think the government have other priorities at the moment. The other power station at Hinkley Point was surrounded by controversy so I´m not sure how easy it will be push things through for this particular project.
